My name is James _____ and last week I used your company to
have some flowers delivered. I just wanted to drop you all a line and let
you know how pleased I was with your service.
My wife and I run our own home business, and recently we
just completed a major project. There were two people who helped us out last
minute to make sure our project launched on time - without them we would
have been sunk. So we decided to send them both some flowers as a way of
saying thank you.
I don't normally have flowers delivered - I usually go to
our local florist and buy them myself for my wife. So I was very dismayed
when I found that the majority of sites told me I had to use a credit card
to place my order. I don't use my credit card on-line, so I narrowed my
search to those companies that accept PayPal. The next stumbling block I
came across was the sites that did take PayPal would not let me send flowers
because I lived in Canada and was trying to have the flowers delivered to
the US.
Enter In Bloom. I had no problems whatsoever finding an
arrangement to send (my wife was looking over my shoulder the whole time
because she doesn't completely trust me with things like this, not that I
blame her) - in fact, if anything it was difficult choosing just one. We
ordered two arrangements sent to two different addresses, set to arrive the
Friday of that week. Not only was I able to pay securely through PayPal, but
you guys gave me absolutely no troubles when I indicated I wanted to send
something to the US even though I lived in Canada. After placing my order I
even called your 1-800 number, and got quick and courteous service and a
representative that answered all my questions. The flowers arrived on time,
and we received two very nice e-mails from our helpers saying they both
loved their arrangements.
